We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

$15 flat rate – Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch.

Express (Australia Post)
$20 flat rate – Delivery estimate, 1-5 business days from dispatch.

Courier Express 
$35 flat rate – Shipped as priority. Delivery estimate, 1 business day from dispatch.

Express (DHL or Australia Post)*

Standard (DHL or Australia Post)*

* Some countries can only be shipped to via Australia Post. We use DHL as a priority service and use Australia Post when DHL isn’t available.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside of Australia will be added to your order total and paid at checkout.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of All About love’s control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. All About Love is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

All About Love offers tracking for all orders, however All About love does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post/DHL.
